Dmitri L is an unknown character at this point
![]() |
Hello everybody,
My name is Dmitri Lytov, I am 31, live in St. Petersburg, Russia. I like studying foreign languages – it became my occupation, and now I am a translator and interpreter. My native languages are Russian and Ukrainian, and my working languages are English, German and Dutch. In addition, I have basic knowledge in some other languages and sometimes make translations from them. If you need my advice, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will not often visit this forum, so just contact me by my e-mail address. My second hobby and occupation is psychology of interpersonal difference and relations. Several years ago I began to develop a multilingual site telling in a popular form about this branch of psychology. Actually the site includes sections in 27 languages (therefore, even if you are NOT interested in psychology, you can use it for learning languages by parallel texts). Some of the sections (e.g. English, German, of course Russian and some other) are full of information; other (e.g. Chinese) contain only introductory notes. Anyway, I will be glad if you find something interesting for you at this site, and will especially appreciate if anybody of you can help to extend it. Its address is: www.socioniko.net …and of course I will be glad to find new friends from different countries and to speak about everything – language, culture, literature, etc. |

This site looks good, and I appreciate its Chinese version, and the Chinese is good and must be by a Chinese native's hand.
I'd like you all to like and check whether your mother languages contained therein are fully native. |

The Chinese pages have been translated by a woman from Hong Kong and of course Chinese is her native language
As for me, I just began to study Chinese several months ago and actually know not more than several hundreds of hieroglyphs - that's not enough...Sorry, I did not understand your remark about native languages. Do you mean MY native languages... or what? |

the "you" in my last sentence is to propagate your site among members of this berberber!
![]() I'd like everyone here to visit your site and maybe they can have the chance to learn something of psycology, or they can check if the language application in your site is fully native or pure as their mother tongue that corresponds. That's all I meant. |
