I am responding to your listing for a Freelance Translator (English/Russian language pairs) position. I believe my background and experiences will allow me to be a valuable asset to your company.

I am a native Russian speaker with the background in linguistics. I have a University degree in Foreign Languages and International Communication and a University degree in Management. I have good communication skills, bilingual abilities (Russian native, English fluency), competency in Microsoft Office and Internet applications and five-year translation experience.

During my work in Raiffeisenbank in Russia (Moscow) one of my immediate duties was providing English/Russian translations for managerial personnel. I also used to translate technical documents, technical manuals, instructions, descriptions, official business documents, business correspondence, manuals and procedures for the Bank and marketing manuals for telemarketing companies.

I am very interested in working on new projects for your company.

My rates are around $0.03 - $0.04 per word. But on longer projects I am always willing to negotiate the price to make it comfortable for both sides.
