To me J. K. Rowling is a great author and the Harry Potter series wasn't written only for kids. There are puns and references in the books that we grown-ups can enjoy. I like the way Rowling writes: a good language and imagination in my taste. The idea of people walking in and out of their portraits is fun.
I haven't seen HP and the Order of the Phoenix so I cannot have an opinion of it but I've seen the other Harry Potter movies and I liked them, probably because they were close to the books. The only thing I reacted against was Hermione's looks. They didn't fit with the description of her in the books. The actress is too pretty. Hermione is also a reason for liking the books. Women heroes, girls with brains, who doesn't want to read about them? |

The books are SOOOO much better than the movies but the movies 1-4 were good I did not like Order of the phoenix . it was long and boring and lack luster. I hope the new one is better.

Yes i agree with you it is not as much effective as other Harry Potter series movie
