but what people do in order to stop this war? if the population was really against this war, the gouvernement must stop it, isn't it? that is to say that there is the majority of the population who are for this war, and i don't no why.. can somebody explain why?? who can say that a war is a good thing?

I don't think anyone is in favor of this, but a lot of people are just afraid of what might happen if we got out and went home. Like that they bring the fight back to us. a lot of other people just want the resources and the business, believe it or not there are actually some people that are making money of the war. But the US government is clearly wasting money, money which they can't afford to waste anymore. The US is about to be, or actually already is in some serious financial trouble and this isn't helping.

They don't, they just keep putting us further and further into debt. I don't exactly know a whole lot about such things, but I know that the national defecit is up to the trillions, which I think is the highest it's ever been, or at least the highest for a long time, like since the depression or something. I also know that the US government wastes a lot of money on useless crap. Not that I think I could run the country any better, but I think we need better leadership.
