Hi, English is my first language. I can understand the heavy accent. Maybe this will help. A few words I put in parenthesis () where the word should be there but he doesn't say it. In the last part where other people were talking it was too fast and too much noise. Maybe I will try to type those later. It sounded like they were talking about college football (USC) and there was a guy talking about boxing Mike Tyson and he mentioned other names.
I want to run a business where by I can prosper, grow, cook. I got a café at the bottom and a bar room and a motel where by I can prosper and grow and make some money to achieve my goals to pay my bills up here. It does have a light bill to be paid up here, a water bill and gas bill. So I do all things proper, decent and in order. This place is really for sale. Maybe the sheriff… maybe the sheriff got it over there but it really don’t make me no difference. In Oklahoma I’m looking for stability, job security, and maybe once again gain me a family and make some kids so I could achieve my goal in life. I enjoy… I enjoy meeting myself new people, enjoy myself traveling. Yeah this place don’t mean anything to me I mean it’s not making any money because somebody wanted what I have so it’s not making any money. Now I stay here a night or two I mean I’m obligated to it. It is family property but it’s really mine but they (are) obligated to it too. That’s why I got a key and maybe they got a key to the property too but my momma gave me the key. I’ll come up here anytime I want, you know. I wouldn’t have got in here if it wasn’t for my mother. I wouldn’t got up here tonight if she didn’t gave me the key. I can go out of state out of town and come back any time I want. Why didn’t none of my brothers and sisters fix it up? That’s what I’m wondering. Why didn’t they fix the roof? Why (are) they waiting on me? The bible say your relatives reject you when you are poor. And (I) always had a job to maintain my bills. Always had a ride, a truck, a car over there or what not to go to work in but the bible say your family reject you when you poor so… I mean whatever I got, I obtained through inheritance. Somebody passed away or died and gave it to me but still that didn’t work. Somebody else wanted what I have. I had federal government subsidiary (subsidy) line such as cows, horses, chickens, goats, sheep. Somebody died here and my ex family… my ex spouse, they left me land. Somebody wanted what I have. My identical twin brother. So… so I come up here (to) his stomping ground. What goes around comes around. Treat me like they treated you, you know… it is crazy. It wasn’t called for. It wasn’t right. That is crazy. To be honest with you I been on the street for a few years now. The streets taught me, the streets taught me pretty good, they done me pretty good, the streets. You can find me in Oklahoma brother. I’m not staying out here man. I’m not staying back here brother. I’m not staying back here around these people brother. I’m just here tonight to help you. I’m not staying around these people, I’m just here to help you brother. Matter of fact, I got another place we can go. We can go in a park. Going to sleep in a park… yeah. I don’t like it up here to be honest with you. Right here look USC Last edited by MikeC; 01-05-2012 at 04:39 PM. |

Thanks a lot Mike ! It really helps me! It's the first translation which is complete. Because this guy has a very strong accent so people who helped me don't understand all the words he said!
If you can listen to the small speaking part at the end when you have time, it will be great! Thanks again! :-) |

Hi MikeC,
I'm pleased to see a native helping. The English forum is sadly lacking native translators. Translation help (English) - The international discussion forum Maybe you could at least check if Irichat has written correctly in English. See "verifying the translation". She is Russian and I think she has made a translation from French because she has written "we will" instead of "I will". |

Unfortunately I don't speak any other language. I only know a few words of French and Spanish. But if there is an English accent that is difficult to understand then I may be able to help. I'll take a look at that link.
If you are referring to the part where it says "We will attempt to clarify... etc." I think you are correct. It should probably be "I will" Unless the person speaking is talking to a group of people. In that case "we will" may be correct. For example if a teacher is talking to a class of students and examining Plato's writings then the teacher might say something like "today class we will attempt to clarify... etc." Which means the entire group together will be doing this and not just the one person who is speaking. So "we will" is not really incorrect but I think in this case "I will" would be more correct. Last edited by MikeC; 01-05-2012 at 02:17 PM. |

The first guy says something that sounds like “go to over bay” but I don’t know what that means and a girl is saying something that is difficult to hear but it sounds like she says this: “hey (?) come on let’s go hey”
Right here look USC Saturday night (go to over bay go to over bay) USC Friday and Saturday night right here baby Philadelphia right here That’s right baby, Omaha Nebraska bitch Omaha Nebraska wooo I boxed with Mike Tyson, Riddick Bowe, Oliver Mccall, Orlan Norris. The best there was in the heavy weight division. Its not like that brother you got to get out there man you got… they pay the gas brother. It ain’t like that brother it ain’t like that. It’s it’s not what you do it’s how you do it brother. I been out here you see me I’m talking to you I’m live in fucking Memorex right now brother. I been doing it for a long time. A guy in the background says something but it’s hard to hear it. It sounds like he says “Naw that’s that’s yeah man” When the guy is talking about boxing there is some music in the background. The name of the song is 'Sweet City Woman'. It was one of my favorites back in the 1970s
