"That what was" is not correct English. But "that" after "what" is correct in a sentence like this:
What he actually said: "For years I thought that what was good for our country was good for General Motors, and vice versa." That's the last sentence on this page:
Armed Forces: Engine Charlie - TIME

If you want a translation you should provide us with a comprehensible sentence to translate. I'm afraid I don't understand your Swedish-Norwegian mixture either. Are you really Swedish?

You haven't commented on my answer so I'm still not sure about what you want to have translated into Norwegian. Are you maybe referring to the end of the hymn of praise to God: Glory Be to the Father? In English it's: As it was in the beginning, both now and always, and to the ages of ages. There are other English versions like As it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever or As it was in the beginning is now and forever shall be.

In Norwegian bokmål: som det var i opphavet så nå og alltid og i all evighet. In nynorsk: som det var i opphavet, så no og alltid, og i all æve. In Swedish: såsom det var av begynnelsen, nu är och skall vara från evighet till evighet.
