Translation help needed please.
 I'm trying to do a little detective work, but before I can go any further I have to know what the above note says. I'm sorry if it's not chinese and is therefore in the wrong forum, but I'm at a dead end here. If it's not chinese and you recognise the language but can't read it, would you mind letting me know which language it is? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
