C'est la contexte. "Altogether" est un mot; "all together" sont deux. On n'ecrit pas "alltogether".
"That was another situation altogether"; "Dr. McKay was altogether insane" (altogether => 'entirely') "The band played the piece all together" (all together => 'in unison' - a group does something together) |
