Are these sentences correct
Hello,
I'm writting to an insurance expert and I would like to know if the following sentences are correct. "I think it will be easier to discuss around a table in order to find an agreement. We will be very pleased to meet you in our plant as soon as possible. So that you will be able to look by yourself the quality of the parts." Feel free to correct. I would go straight to the point and say: "I think it would be easier to have a discussion in order to find an agreement. We will be very pleased to meet you in our plant as soon as possible, so that you can see for yourself the quality of the parts." Good luck.
