Default Trying to find a translation for a short paragraph

Hi !
I'm looking for a translation (in english or in french) of this short paragraph :

The reason of my research is that friends of mine & I try to find the guy who said in french "les livres m'ont lu". This sentence is quoted in this text found on the web. Somewone told me that it is the serbo-croatian language. I do not know it, but I hope that you will bring me your precious help.
Thanks !
Sam

Hi
I suppose the only part that's of interest to you is " ali kao što je Rene Belletto rekao - Les livres m'ont lu " -> but as Rene Belletto said, les livres m'ont lu.

So here you have your answer

I thank you very much for your answer. Does the meaning of this text concerns this sentence, or not ?

Not really, the author is just expressing something like his permanent wish to be happy, yet how difficult times follow the happiest ones, and about the importance of melancholy, etc.
If you want the whole translation, you'll need to wait for someone else though, because I don't speak Croatian

Hi !
I think it's ok. I do not need the whole translation. I really thank you for this.
I live near Paris, and my friends will be happy to have an answer to their question.
Have a nice day
