Yep! It's basically the same; in Italy we don't use "bambino Davide", but only the name. "Affetto" is more appropriate, actually. "Sogni su cui sperare" is a literal translation, that's correct, but we don't "wish" dreams, we "do" dreams, and we wish they can get real. We don't rely on dreams... So I translated that way. You can use both! "Per sempre" is very good. Sorry for my silly mistakes, but it was late in the night when I did it. And only just registered!
