ok non mi viene la parola in italiano...
mental box sono quell'insieme di idee e valori che teniamo in testa.
nascono dalle esperienze personali.
Magari sono solo idee nostre che non corrispondono poi a realtà
e quello che hai nella tua mental box influenza le tue decisioni.

ad es.
"thinking outside the box" significa pensare senza preconcetti,
appunto pensare fuori dalla scatola (la tua).
