Please help to translate the following sentences
School Leaving Certificate (a certificate issued by the school when somebody left the school as a student).
Mr. xxx who has been studying in this school up to (date) has paid all the dues and has been allowed to discharge his name from the school on the above mentioned date.
He was studying in class xxx .

I can't figure out what "to discharge" might mean in this case.
If you explain it to me, i'll traslate that word as well.

Discharge means to leave the school or has permission to strike off his name
( i think it will work)

e ha pagato tutto il dovuto. Gli è permesso lasciare la scuola in data sopra menzionata. Frequentava la classe xxx.
