Lost of my passport Italian translation required
I have lost my Passort.... I registered my report in Police... Please translate these sentences so that I can inform embassy of Italy about this situation
Summery of Report Today at 8:30 AM, The applicant Shown in Box No. 2 came and reported at the Police Station that he was present in the (name of city)for his personal work. During the work, He lost his Passport No. xxxxx Issued from xxxx. After trying hisbest to found his passport, He is not able to get this. Now he is here to report. Please register the report. Signed by Mr. xxxxxxx The said report is not found to be the Police offensive and the case is found to be the lost of document. Report is registered and copy is given to the said applicant. |

Durante il lavoro, a perso il suo passaporto numero xxxxx da xxxxxx. Dopo aver fatto molte ricerche non a potuto trovarelo. Per favore registrare il rapporto Il rapporto non è un'azione offensiva alla polizia. E' giusto une declarazione di perdita di passaporto. Il rapporto è registrato ed un' esemplare è dato al richiendente |

here's the correct version: Oggi alle 8:30 il richiedente del Box 2 si è presentato alla Stazione di Polizia per dichiarare di trovarsi nella città di xxxx per lavoro. Durante il lavoro ha smarrito il proprio passaporto numero xxxxx emesso xxxxxx. Nonostante abbia fatto tutto il possibile per ritrovarlo la ricerca non ha avuto buon esito. Pertanto con la presente si intende sporgere denuncia di smarrimento del suddetto passaporto. Mr xxxxxx Tale dichiarazione non è da intendersi come offensiva nei riguardi della Polizia ma trattasi semplicemente di una denuncia di smarrimento. Il rapporto è registrato ed una copia va al dichiarante. |
