Could someone please help translate this ?
Hi,
unfortunately I do not speak italian. Could someone please help translate the following (either to english or german): un bella de cosa.. tu mi piacci, se da le rubrica modi d'uso con di ducci.. parla dusto e impostitazioni?! thanks for any help in advance !! |

I just asked some italian guy online who told me that those above stated sentences do not make any sense. The person who originally sent me the above stated message claims that it is sicilian, which should be quite different from "normal" italian. Could this be true ? I am quite confused now.. Anybody here who could clarify this ??!! Thanks for any help !

I am italian, but I can't understand the meaning of all words!! un bella de cosa.. should be: a beautiful thing tu mi piacci, se da le rubrica modi d'uso con di ducci.. I love you, ????? parla dusto e impostitazioni?! ????????????????? I am sorry but this is all I can do for you Ciao Pantelleria

Thanks for your help Pantelleria. Do you think that it is really sicilian ? Or does it sound more like someone entered some sentences into a bad online translator? I originally got this message via sms which i wrote down. I do not have the original sms anymore, so there could be some typos in there. (e.g. I did a google lookup for "impostitazioni" with no results, but google states: do you mean "impostazioni") Any further help is really apppreciated !

Hello,
It is not sicilian at all, and it doesn't sound like any other italian dialect. In any case the words cannot come from automatic translator as some words do not exist as ducci, dusto or impostitazioni. Furthermore, even if you use the word impostazioni instead of impostitazioni the sentence have not sense Sorry I cannot really help you Ciao Pantelleria Quote:
