Could somebody have a quick look at the following sentence in Italian? The French one was the original (not done by me), so I'm not going to correct that one anyway ^^

Original:
Cure anti-aging pour améliorer et rajeunir votre peau.
Appliquez le matin et le soir pendant 3 semaines

Ma traduction:
Cura anti-aging per migliorare e ringiovanire la vostra pelle.
Applicate di mattina e di sera durante 3 settimane
