I agree with FD about a context missing there. If FD permits me I also have one more suggestion .. "THIS ONE TO MY FRIEND.." I am not an Italian native speaker either, so until an Italian comes here and corrects us ...hope it helps you

Salut à tout le monde!, en italien correct on ne dirait jamais "Questa a mio amico", parce que en italien il y a toujour un article (detérminatif ou indetérminatif) qui précède le nom: en ce cas là: "questa a un mio amico" ou "questa al (a+il) mio amico".
En plus "questa" est soit adjectif soit pronom demostratif, donc il faudrait savoir un peu plus du contexte.
Enfin, je la traduirais comme ça: "This one to a friend of mine" ou comme a dit Nana Brazil "This one to my friend".
