Can someone tell me what's the right pronunciation of the place Bracciano (in Italian)

Bra it is pronounced asBrass
ccia it is pronounced as CiaK
no it is pronounced as no.

Pronounce as if it was English bra-cha-no. But what I'm not sure about is whether the first or second syllable is stressed. Is it BRA-cha-no or
bra-CHA-no? Se fosse un verbo, sarebbe BRAcciano, ma per il nome di un posto, chissà?

I would have said that the ccia is stressed though we'll wait for morraf's right saying
