Help with a couple of Hungarian phrases

Hi everyone,

I found the following phrases in a legal document, and have no idea what is meant (apart from a few words, which I can make out). So if someone could translate them for me in English, French or German, that would be great:

"Fogságban született, illetve szaporitott állat(ok), vagy mesterségesen szaporitott növény(ek)."

This one uses some of the same words:

"Fogságban született állatok, amelyeknél a szaporitás körülményei nem felelnek meg a 1808 rendelet III fejezetében foglaltaknak; továbbá azok részei és származékai."

"Az A mellékletben szereplö példényoknak a 338/97/EK rendelet 8. cikkének (1) bekezdésében felsorolt kereskedelmi tevékenységekre vonatkozó korlátozásai alól való felmentése."

I know it has something to do with plants or animals, but that's about it. Please help me out.

"Animals born in captivity in the case of which the circumstances of breeding do not comply with the contents of the 1808th decree 3rd chapter; as well as their parts and derivatives."

"Exemption of the specimen listed in enclosure "A" from under the restrictions for commercial activities listed in decree 338/97/EK, 8th clause, 1st paragraph."

Thank you so much, Johnny. No wonder the online translation tools couldn't cope with it and I wasn't able to find anyone in my circle of family and friends who understands Hungarian.
