those are greek characters but not greek language. From some parts of this "text" all i can say is that it looks like english written with greek characters

I agree with Gigi : it's English written with a Greek alphabet. Here is the beginning of the translation into Latin alphabet. I have a lot of work to do, so I can't translate it all right now. Maybe anyone else can go on ? If not, you'll have to wait a little.
