here the explanation:
it is better to give you some clues about this situation. as far as i understand, this sentence is spoken by a man who is loved by two sisters from a same family, but this man only love one of them. in this case he loves the older sister. so when the younger sister asked if the guy loved her. and the guy gave the answer as above" anh yeu chi hoang em , xin loi " so if this sentence is translated into english. it must be " i love your sister, Hoang. sorry.
