je cherche la signification en français du terme Đáp Cầu, qui est une ville du nord du vietnam, au nord-est d'Hanoï.

Since you are Vietnamese, so you'd better write down here the latin pronouciation of that word, maybe it's formally Chinese characters since the city is near China.
