Problem with DVD and regional code

hello !

i have some problem with my DVD reader because it comes from Russia ... and i can't read French DVD, there are some technics to avoid this, in Internet there are lot of informations to allow reading DVD with DVD reader from different area !!

but i can't do this with my DVD reader because the website are in russian ... so i need some help !!

my DVD reader is a LG DK 373 .... please help me !!

Dude, what DVD player you are talking about?
If you're talking about PC DVD player, I can help you.
All you have to do is download DVD Genie because I've tested and
it works fine. It works with Power DVD, Cinemaster, etc.
But if you're talking about home DVD players, sorry, but I won't
be able to help you but you can check this site:

If you're interested, check out the following database of DVD codes. It's got a few machines that other sites don't feature, so I'm recommending it. It seems a good place to go for those rarer machines by the looks of things.

It's actually got a Sony unlock on one of its front pages. I don't know whether it works though, as I heard Sony machines can't be unlocked with a handset code? Who knows. Anyway, here's a link to the free page - the DVD unlock listings might be of some use to you. I know it did me!
