Hi,

I'm a New Zealander, living and working in Japan as a translator.

Unfortunately I live in a very rural area, and I don't end up having much going on at work, so I thought I might spend some of my time on these forums.

I haven't seen the English forums, but I've been working away at the Japanese ones since I got here. If there are some Japanese in the English forums I'll give them a hand. (and anyone else :P)

the moderation team is working to gather all the japanese threads in the japanese forum so I bet you won't need to go far from it to find any other japanese thread.

In the english forum there is almost only european languages and many english proofreading posted by members who just need some tips to make their english more fluent

Good luck! I'm actually jealous, I had to learn Kanji from scratch! Chinese get a head start!
