Hey Everyone! My name's Ali and, as you can tell from my username, if I'm posting here, I'm not working.

I am from the US. Woohoo. I speak a little French because I'm learning it in school. I love it so much. I hope that I can go to France someday. Maybe spend a semester there in college...

Heh..I'm actually supposed to be stuying for a French test right now. Don't tell anyone

So I don't really know how I found this site..I was just googling random stuff, I suppose. I hope everyone's nice here. I still gotta get the hang of this place. It seems cool, though!

I was just looking at the list of members being online and your nickname attracted me to have a look at your profile ^^.
Your name is Arabic, I am not telling you anything new here, am I? So do you have Arabic origins?
And till when are you planning to procrastinate for your French test? Sauf si tu considères ta présence ici comme un exercice pratique ^^ dans ce cas, réponds en français!

Hahah Ali is actually my nickname. Short for Allison. It's pronounced like "Allie" although I do have a couple of friends (and even teachers!) who call me Ali (ah-lee). So however you want to pronounce it is fine by me...(not like I'll hear it either way). I'm not Arabic, although I understand how my name would imply that.

Et oui, j'étudie pour mon examen maintenant! J'ai un feulle du papier avec ma vocabulaire, mais je ne peux pas souvenir les noms de les pays en français... [The rest] je sais bien!

How'd I do?

So Allison, no magic trick to learn countries in French, but spend more time reviewing them over, and over, and over ^^
