HI my name is vincent i'm 20 and i' m searching for a english student (girl), who wants to visit paris.

Salut moi c'est vincent, je suis a la recherche d'une étudiante anglaise qui voudrais visiter paris. Je suis pas méchant et je sais que c'est inhabituel comme demande mais je voudrais perfectionner mon anglais pour la suite de mes études.

Anyway, there are tons of tourist right now in Paris. You may meet them in real life anywhere, that may be easier
