Default Identify/translation- writings on item

Hello everybody.

Im writing to you as i need some help with translation. Got no idea if it is Hebrew language, but some ppl say it is, so i decided to ask in Hebrew forums.

The item is found with metal detector in Poland. We are trying to identify it but noone can translate it or even say in 100% it is Hebrew language. Some ppl say it is yiddish.. I was trying to use translators to find out about the language, but ehh.. all those letters looks same for me.. Its dark magic for a preson who got no idea about it

Due to the 15 posts limit before i can put any URL/IMG here on the forum, it made me to pasate the link to the foto into my Signature :/

Anyway, thanks in advance to anybody who can help with this.

Jedliq.

EDIT..
actually, i dont see the foto while added into signature :/ No idea how i could show u the foto while u got 15 posts limit.. Ill go ask in some other forums. Or maybe i can send the foto using Priv Messages here ?? No idea, just registered..

These letters are Hebrew letters, yes and the language might be Yiddish. I have difficulties in identifying all the letters but alexa57 is very good at identifying Hebrew handwriting so I hope he will se this thread and help you with it.

hi, i don't really know yiddish, just a general idea. i do recognize most of the letters and together they make sense.. direction is right to left

top: יובל XX
middle: ה נדווער קער
(i can't figure out the second letter from the right, before נ. try taking another picture)
bottom: שערפץ

googling the translation
top: 20 year anniversary (XX is roman for 20)
middle: first word unknown, second word means care
bottom: shirts

since there's a symbol of scissors, maybe this was to celebrate 20 year anniversary of a tailor, saying that the person took "excellent??" care of shirts?

Yes, יובל (yoyvl) Jubilee

No, the second word (קער) [ker] is a turning movement, a turn:
See here Yiddish Word of the Week and here https://tinyurl.com/gu7dekn
קער סיגנאַל (ker signal) = turn signal

The unkown word is הענדלער (hendler) meaning "merchant":

Shirt is העמד (hemd) and shirts is העמדער (hemder) in Yiddish but I have no idea of the meaning of שערפץ and I have only been able to find one example of it, namely on this page:
Yiddish » נייעס » רבי מ×*חם זעמבאָ און דער וואַרש
Maybe it's a surname.
