I received a message from a friend in Hebrew but I don´t understand it...could someone help me to translate it to english?

הולדת על הגג במרינה- ספטמבר 2009 אהבה לכולם ושנה טובה יום אמן

I know the first part is regarding the new jewish year recently celebrated in september...but I don´t get the second part of the message.

Birthday on the Marina roof - september 2009 love to all and a happy new year Amen
