for example if you meant "May the lord look upon them...." that would be like this:
باشد که خدا به آنها با لطف نگاه کند و به آنها آرامش عطا کند

But if you mean it the other way, like "O lord, look upon them ..." that would be:
خدایا به آنها با لطف نگاه کن و به آنها آرامش عطا کن


َand, now for the family:

the word you have here means "ancestry", the best word for family is "خانواده"
