I will explain it now, "Barf miaad" is in the present tense, here is a sentence: "It always snows in winter." "Zemestoon haa hamisheh barf miaad." زمستون ها همیشه برف میاد It could be also used to signify a near probable future. Like "Fardaa barf miaad." فردا برف میاد "it will snow tomorrow" To precisely let someone know that it is snowing as you speak, it is better to say "daareh barf miaad." داره برف میاد though in colloquial speech you might hear "barf miaad." برف میاد "Daareh + present tense" Makes present continuous for the third person singular. Some examples wouldn't hurt either: "Daareh baroon miaad." "It is raining." داره بارون میاد "Havaa Daareh sard misheh." "It is getting cold" هوا داره سرد میشه "Daareh chi kaar mikoneh?" "ٌWhat's (s)he doing?" داره چی کار میکنه؟ Is that clear now???!!!
