Can anyone translate 2 English for me?:

حدوده یک ماه پیش رفتم برای اینترویو یا همان مصاحبه برای کار.اول که نمی دانستم آیا قبولم می کنند یا نه .به خاطر تعداد زیاد متقاضی.گفتند که با من تماس می گیرند تا حدودی ناامید بودم تا اینکه تلفن زده شد.چیزهایی به من گفته شد که برام ناباورانه و عجیب ، آسان بود اینکه در مورد محل کارم طرز لباس پوشیدن و موقعیت آن محل توضیح داده شدودر آخر گفته شد که صبر کنم برای تلفن بعدی که بعد از مرحله بک گراند چک یا همان چک کردن گذشته من است
حدوده دو هفته ای به انتظار گذشت تا اینکه تلفنی شد که می خواستند از گذشته ام بپرسند که متاسفانه چند روزی به پیام تلفنی رد و بدل کردن گذشت چون یا من سرم شلوغ بود و به تلفنم جواب نمی دادم یا اینکه بخاطر تفاوت زمان نمی توانستم با آن شخص صحبت کنم (چون تلفن از ایست کوست بود و حدوده ۳ ساعت با منطقه ای که من زندگی می کنم تفاوت زمانی وجود دارد و زمانی که من میتوانستم و وقت آزاد داشتم ساعت بعد از کار آنها بود) بلاخره بعد از یک هفته توانستم با آن شخص حرف بزنم و به سوالهای ایشان جواب بدهم و آیشان در آخر خواستند که منتظر تماس همان شخص اول یا به اصطلاح کسی که مسول استخدام بود باشم
باز هم دو هفته ای گذشت و خبری نشد تا بالاخره امروز من با آن شخص تماس گرفتم و چون جواب نداد پیام گذاشتم و ایشان هم زنگ زدند و گفتند که ایشان منتظر تماس مسول آنجا بودن (محلی که قرار بود من در آن کار کنم)و تازه خبردار شدن که آن پوزیشن گرفته شده.نمی دانم واقعا آیا کوتاهی از من بوده باید هر روز با آنها تماس می گرفتم یا اینکه اینجا من کاره ای نبودم؟

About a month ago I was interviewed for the job. At first, I didn't know if got accepted or not because there were so many interviewees. They said they'll call me. I was a bit hopeless until I got the call. They told me things that sounded strange and unbelievable, ----- I don't understand this part -------- they told me to wait for the next call which is after background check.

I waited for about two weeks until I got call that asked about my past which unfortunately took a few days because I was busy and I wouldn't answer the phone. Even though because of the time-difference I couldn't talk to that person (since the call is from East Coast and there is approximately 3 hours time-difference from where I live; and when I was free and could call them, it was after work for them). Eventually, after one week I was able to talk to that person and answer his questions. In the end he told me to wait for another call from the first person who was in charge of hiring.

Another two weeks passed and nothing happened until today I finally called that person and since nobody picked-up I left a message. And that person called and said that he's waiting for the-guy-in-charge's phone call (the place where I'm suppose to work). And that they just got the news that that position is filled. I don't know if it was my fault for not calling them everyday or maybe I couldn't do anything at all?
