Farsi to English Translation - one sentence

Hi, I hope someone can help me with this. I was chatting with an old friend and I'm not able to get him to tell me what he wrote. Help solve my mystery please! : )

first he asked: are you seeing anyone?

then he wrote: ageh nah gooftam barat aseteenam roo balabezanam

Also, is this a question or a statement?
