I submitted my marriage certificate in spainish Embassy but they sent me this letter, I am not able to understand what it means. Please help to understand

En relación con su solicitud de inscripción de matrimonio en este Registro Civil Consular, formulada el día 26 de junio de 2007, y tras haber comprobado si concurren los requisitos legales para la celebración de! matrimonio según establece el articulo 65 del Código Civil, la Encargada del Registro Civil Consular ha determinado la no inscripción de dicho matrimonio por apreciar que en el no concurre el consentimiento de los cónyuges exigido por los artículos 45 y 73.1 del C. C.
contra la misma podrá interponerse recurso de apelación ante la Dirección General de Registros y del Notariado en el plazo de treinta días.

With reference to your application for registration of marriage in this Consular Register of marriages drawn up on June 26th 2007 and after having been checked whether the legal requirements of performing marriage are satisfied as the article 65 of civil law stipulates, the Head of Consular Register of marriages has decided that this marriage not be registered because it is noticed in this that the consent of spouses required by the articles 45 and 73.1 of C.C. is absent.

Against this you can lodge an appeal to the General Direction of Registers and Notariado within 30 days.
