¿Quíen podría ayudarme con mi tesis?

Hola a todos:
por mi tesis he hecho una encuesta en espanol. No sé si todos mis traducciones estén correctas. ¿Quién -preferiblemente español- tenía poquito tiempo para corregir una parte?

A veces, debía que ser mas importante de ser capaz de trabajar armonioso con otros que hacer el trabajo bien.

16. The primary responsibility for a mistake in an organization is on the supervisor rather than on the subordinate who actually made it.
La responsibilidad primaria de un error en una empresa es con el elecutivo en ves del subordinado que has hecho efectivo.

17. It is not wise to sacrifice one’s interests for the benefit of the organization he/she belongs to.
No es sabio de sacraficar su intereses propios en beneficio de la empresa que pertenece.

18. I conform to social norms even when they conflict with my personal desires.
Me adapto a las normas sociales incluso cuando sería conflictivos con mis propios deseos

19. Insults to our honor are not always important to bother about.
Insultos a nuestro honor no están siempre tan importante de preocuparse

20. It is all right for people to raise questions about even the most sacred matters.
La gente deberia plantear preguntas incluso de las cosas más sagradas.

21. Learning new ways to think does not excite me very much.
Aprender nuevas maneras de pensar no exito mucho

22. I have difficulty thinking in new and unfamiliar situations.
En situaciones nuevas y desconocidas tengo dificuldad de pensar

23. I try to anticipate and avoid situations where there is a likely chance I will have to think in depth about
Intento anticipar y evitar situaciones donde es bastante probable que tengo que pensar profundo sobre algo.

24. Everything is changing too fast today.
Hoy en día todo va cambiando demasiado rapido

25. A person’s word is his bond and you need not spell out the details to make him behave as promised.
La promesa hecha por alguien es su obligación y no tiene que dar ningun detalles exactos para que cumpla su promesa.

26. A person cannot think unless he/she can put it into words.
No puede pensar execpto pueda expresarlo en palabras

20.-Está bien que la gente plantee preguntas incluso de /sobre/ las cosas/ los temas/ los asuntos más sagrados.
21.-Aprender nuevas maneras de pensar no me anima/estimula mucho.-
22.-En situaciones nuevas y desconocidas tengo dificultad de/para pensar/me cuesta pensar.
