Default Spanish pronoun

Hey,

I got a question about a Spanish pronoun, if it exists.

In italian, there's a pronoun called "ne".

Ne arrivano molti.

In English it would be:

Of them arrive many.

So this pronoun substitues parts of the sentence with "di".

My question now is, if there's a pronoun like "ne" in Spanish. I haven't found one but I might be wrong. How would you say in Spanish?

Thanks for your help.

Salut,
