1: According to the AWBZ (Algemene Wet Bijzondere Ziektekosten – General Law for Special Health treatment costs) every Dutch citizen is insured for care and support in case of lasting illness, handicap, physical complaints or old age. To be entitled to the care offered by AWBZ, you need approval from the CIZ (Centrum Indicatiestelling Zorg).

Do you ever wonder: Am I still capable of living independently? Who will do the washing-up? Who helps me with showering ? For all these problems, you can recieve help at the Anatole Zorgbureau. In accordance to your needs, we go through all the forms you need to fill out with you. Anatole Zorgbureau ensures that your need will reach the right institution. The institution will then set up an inquiry into your personal situation, after which it will examine which kind of help you need in your particular situation and will determine if this help can be granted to you within the subventions regulations.

Anatole Zorgbureau is a survey office that mediates in supply and demand for private home care. This means we provide for domestical help according to your personal needs, as well as care, nursing, support for everyone who is entitled to it. Besides these services, Anatale Zorg is specialized in care for immigrants and young people. We can also inform and advise institutions about handicapped or ill young people and the care for immigrants.

Application for home care:
A person getting older or who is handicapped may sometimes need extra care or facilities. Anatole Zorg helps the person from the the time of their request until he/she finally obtains the care needed. We call it ‘care for you’. This means that this person will not need to look after anything and can be sure that Anatole Zorg will mediate on their behalf with all official establishments.

Nursing and Care:
If you qualify for nursing and care, expert caretakers of Anatole Zorg will help you with general, daily necessities of life and nursing, such as medicine, insulin, etc.
A team of specialized nurses of Anatole Zorg will provide you with help, if needed, after a medical intervention.

Domestic help:
If you qualify for domestic help, specially trained caretakers of Anatole Zorg will help you with all general, daily necessities of life.

Specialized help:

A Z es una oficina de investigación que media en la otorgación y demanda de cuidado domiciliario privado. Esto significa que provee ayuda doméstica de acuerdo a sus necesidades personales, así como el ciudado, enfermería, ayuda para quienes pueden recibirla. Además de estos servicios, az se especializa en el cuidado de inmigrantes y jóvenes. También informamos y guiamos instituciones de discapacitados o enfermos y cuidado para inmigrantes.

Formulario para el cuidado domiciliario:
Una persona que envejece o que es discapacitada puede necesitar ayuda extra en ciertas ocasiones. AZ ayuda a la persona desde el momento en que lo requiere hasta que él o ella finalmente obtiene el cuidado que necesita. Lo llamamos "cuidado para usted". Esto significa que esta persona no necesitará ocuparse de nada y que puede estar segura de que AZ mediará en su nombre con todos los organismos oficiales.

Enfermería y cuidado:
Si usted califica para enfermería y cuidados, los cuidadores expertos de AZ le ayudarán con las necesidades diarias de su vida y con cuidados de enfermería,tales como medicinas, insulina, etc.
Un equipo especializado de enfermeras de AZ lo ayudarán, si necesita, después de una intervención quirúrgica.
