Lightbulb Escribir a Halle Berry

Hi,

Could someone help me to translate this text in spanish?

How to send your fan mail and autograph requests to Halle Berry?:

If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading!
If you live in United States send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo.
You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes.
Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response.
If you do not live in United States, add several* International Reply Coupons.
The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase american stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. For more information on reply coupons click here.
*For information on postage prices to receive a letter from USA click here

Thanks in advance for your help, Aiko

A little doubt: "the address above" is "the address of Halle Berry written on an (your) envelope"? Or you want to say "the address of Halle Berry that we show above (up) in this web page"?

Translation:

¡¡Muchissima gracias Carlos!!

Is the official translation of IRC (International Reply Coupons) in spanish is "Cupónes de Respuesta Internacional" or "Cupónes de Réplica Internacional"?

Would you know the differences between these expressions? Is one of them better than the others?

I don't know if "International Reply Coupons" has an official translation in Spanish. I will ask on it at my Postal Service. I know that in official postal forms in Spain, the other language is French, not English. In a colloquial conversation, "Respuesta" or "Réplica" is indifferent as a translation for "Reply". Besides to this, there are not standard common forms in the different Spanish-speaking countries. However, if an user ask in his National Postal Service for "Cupones de Respuesta" and the official name is "Cupones de Réplica", the postal public server understands it perfectly, without any problem.

It is the same for "Stamps": in Spain they are called "Sellos" or "Sellos de Correos", whereas in other countries (i.e. some Latin America countries) the most frequent name can be "Estampillas". If you use the wrong name in the wrong country, simply it sounds "strange", but you will be perfectly understood. In every country of Spanish language an Academy of the Language exists, all of them are in communication, and thanks to these contacts, the Royal Spanish Academy elaborates a so called "Diccionario de la Lengua Española" dictionary. Any Spanish-speaking moderately cultured one knows all these words and the equivalences between synonymous.

It is the same for "Pincha aquí" or "Pulsa aquí", but not "Clic aquí" nor "Cliquea aquí", there isn't any Spanish verb "cliquear", it is only an ugly and unnecessary anglicism in Spanish.

Regards
