Ahh, it's one of those translations that without context I'm guessing. A lot.
I'll give the literal translation, and a stab at a natural translation. Let context be your guide though. If it suggests something similar but different, it is probably that. >Nee, nandakke sagashiteita mono lit. "Now/hmm(etc), what is it? The thing [I/(s)he/you] was/were looking for." "Now, what was it I was looking for?" >are wa, sou ne itsudakke lit. "It is, [hesitation or 'that's right'], when is it?" "It's...well, when is it again?" >bokura ga inryoku ni sakarai nagara deatta koro lit. "The time when we accidentally/by chance encountered [something/someone] whilst defying gravity" ?? ![]() >Sore wa WARUTSU no you da ne. fushigi sa lit. "That appears to be a waltz (doesn't it). A wonder/marvel/strangeness!" "That looks like a waltz, eh? A marvel!" (or maybe like "How strange...") btw, online translators need full Japanese (with kanji etc.) Even then they aren't very good... Well, I hope that is of some help! ![]() |

![]() I just noticed I made a lil mistake (it doesn't actually change anything, but in the interests of accuracy): >are wa, sou ne itsudakke lit. "That is, [hesitation or 'that's right'], when is it?" "It's...well, when is it again?" |
