This is a japanese kanji translation, not a chinese caracter translation (I say this because caracters have sometimes different meanings from Chinese to Japanese):

Japanese Translation of the 7 sins in the bible :

vanity/pride : 高慢 [kou-man]
envy : 妬み [neta-mi] (this is 1 kanji + 1 hiragana)
greed / avarice : 物欲 [butsu-yoku]
lust : 色欲 [shiki-yoku]
gluttony : 貪欲 [don-yoku]
wrath : 憤怒 [fun-nu]
sloth :怠惰 [tai-da]

Confusion as in "all messed up" or confusion as in "utter chaos?"

紛乱 (funran)
混乱 (konran)

They mean close to the same thing, but "funran" is a little more like "state of confusion" or "misleading." (from the adjective "magirawashii")

"Konran" is a little like "all mixed up," but a lot stronger than that.

Diversion as in "pleasant distraction" or "being lead astray, lose attention?"

気晴らし (kibarashi)
or
憂さ晴らし (usabarashi)

The second one's hard; I don't know. Maybe something like this?

迷い込み (mayoikomi; going astray, losing your way).
or
気が散る (ki ga chiru; losing enthusiasm or attention for something)
