不屈の精神 (fukutsu no seishin): never-give-up attitude, indomitable spirit
不撓不屈 (futo-fukutu): indomitable spirit (it's an 4-letter idiom, but not heard as often as the first one)

I'm sorry, I didn't notice your first post.
I have 2 suggestions.
夢を追え (yume wo oe): pursue a dream (imperative sentence)
夢追い人 (yumeoibito): a person who is pursuing his dream

Hi,

Japanese isn't written alphabetically, so there is no way to directly transliterate letters.

The usual way of writing western names in Japanese is to represent the pronunciation with katakana.
There is no 'v' sound in Japanese, so the traditional way to write 'kevin' is:
ケビン
(kebin)
The modern way, with the 'v' sound represented, is:
ケヴィン
(kevin)

You can choose whichever you prefer.

It may be possible to convert 'kebin' into kanji if you want, but it will require more expertise with kanji than I possess. If you particularly want it, ask again and perhaps one of the others will be able to help.
