what is the proper translation of "with deepest sympathy" or the equivalent phrase of condolence in Japanese? Could you type it with japanese characters? Thanks so much.

with -> particle で or もって...etc.

Fukai ikan no i de
for example
I apologize you with deepest sympathy

-> Fukai ikan no i wo motte watashi wa anatani ayamari masu.
-> 深い遺憾の意をもって私はあなたにあやまります。

Very stiff and extremely formal Japanese

If I were sending a condolence card from an office of people, how would we wish our condolences? Which phrase would we use? Thanks so much.

Oh I'm sorry i didn't notice it's for condolence.

心よりお悔やみ申し上げます。
kokoro yori okuyami moushiagemasu.

We usually send a paper card to people writing this phrase.
