Sorry, I can't even understand properly the English meaning. I'm not a native English speaker, but I think it means something like "living while surpassing regret" (it may be a bad translation, but that's what you mean, something like "ignoring regret", right?). If that's the case, then I would suggest you :

後悔を超えて生きてゆく。 (= koukai o koete ikite yuku)

Really, I'm not good at translating things for tattoos (because it has to be really precise, and you have to shorten the sentences in ways that I don't always master). So what I can do is translating it like I would translate it for a "regular" sentence.

真の愛は終わりのないものだ。 (= shin no ai wa owari no nai mono da)

(yugknup, suzu, frequency : any suggestion or correction?)
