My attempt is:
真の恋物語とは結末がない
shin no koi-monogatari to wa ketsumatsu ga nai

It's a difficult one, because 'true love story' is ambiguous. It could be 'a story of true love' or 'a genuine story of love'. I read it as the latter.

I think Kirua and yugknup translations are perfectly correct!
If you are looking for some shorter ones, I have some ideas but I'm not sure you like it or not.

1. 終わりなき愛の物語 (owarinaki ai no monogatari/never-ending love story)
2. 永遠の愛 (eien no ai/eternal love)
or you can swtich the words and say 永遠の愛の物語 (eien no ai no monogatari/eternal love story) or 終わりなき愛 (owarinaki ai/never-ending love).

3. 終わりなき真実の愛 (owarinaki shinjitsu no ai/never-ending true love)
4. 真実の愛は永遠に (shinjitsu no ai wa eien ni/true love never ends)

Finally, you may want to borrow the idea from the old movie "Love Story." Its Japanese title is ある愛の詩 (aru ai no uta/some love ode), so maybe you can say 永遠の愛の詩 (eien no ai no uta) or 終わりなき愛の詩 (owarinaki ai no uta).

wow it's always hard to find a good translation for tatoo!

I currently work at a cemetery and have a customer who wants the japanese symbols for strength and faith put on a bronze memorial. Can someone give me these symbols?

It depends :

Strength : 力 (chikara) and　強さ (tsuyosa) are rather general,　精神力 (seishin ryoku) is more precisely "mental/inner strength" or that kind of thing.

The word "faith" can have several meanings depending on the context. If you want to say something like "trust, confidence", you can use 信頼 (shinrai) or　信用 (shin'you) ; if you want to say "(one's) beliefs, conviction", it's 信念 (shinnen) ; but if it's "faith" in the religious sense, then it is　信仰 (shinkou).
