In Romaji: a ichi yan
In English, I believe it means "A familiar One".
This is just a literal translation from a learner, so take it with a grain of salt.

"Ai" is a female first name, or the abbreviated female first name of 'aiko'.

"Chan" is a suffix attached to a child's name. Taro-chan, Takeshi-chan
For example "san" is a suffix attaching to a name. Tanaka-san, Suzuki-san
