Literal translation of "Hotel of the month " is その月のホテル.
If "the month" is ”this month", 今月のホテル is more natural Japanese.

I think "Hotel of the month" means "the most popular hotel of the month (this month)", or "the most profitable hotel of the month (this month)", or "the hotel which we focus in this month" or something like that.

Like "Playmate of the Year".

Yes. I think 「今月のホテル」　is the best.

If you want to say it in longer expression, 「今月最も人気のホテル」.
Although I think it might be a little redundant.
