Hello, I received this wind charm from Japan, can someone help me read what's written on it? The quality of the image isn't very good but hopefully someone can read it. Thank you.

This is a famous haiku by Kobayashi, Issa.
朝顔につるべとられてもらい水 Asagao ni tsurube torarete Morai-mizu (I found the translation from the Internet) Ask for water from the neighbor Morning glory climbing up the well-bucket.

one more question, I noticed that morai was written in kanji with okurigana. The okurigana looks more like hi to me. Are my eyes failing me or maybe it's historical hiragana?
