Hello!
I have a big favor to ask ![]() I ordered at a Japanese online bookstore awhile ago, and it seems that there is a problem with my order. I got an email from the bookstore but unfortunately my Japanese is not that good enough, and I need to know what the problem is, urgently ![]() So please, may anyone be so nice to translate the email for me? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you! Quote:

So it looks like with both of your orders (the one on May 20th and the one on June 3rd) there was some kind of problem with your credit card information. The payment didn`t process. So they put your items on hold to give you a chance to resubmit the information. But the hold period for both orders ran out, so they cancelled them (on May 28th and June 11th, respectively). That`s more or less all it says. There is a lot of apologizing and asking for your forgiveness, but not a lot more content. So if you still want the books you should probably just reorder them and resubmit all the credit card stuff.
Let me know if you have any other questions. |
