我们知道，爱因斯坦是人类有史以来最伟大物理学家，他为人类贡献的相对论等理论为人类科技进步开创新的纪元 。

现在，中国也出现了一个爱因斯坦。它的出现是我们进入了科学的新时代，他解决了物理学有史以来几乎所有的重 大问题，这些问题是爱因斯坦和所有物理学家所没有解决的。中国的爱因斯坦已经把科学的新大陆呈现在我们的面 前，物理学的第三次革命已经开始。

对此，新华社以《中国学者提出时间和空间新概念》为题播发了对外通电．指出,《自然原理》的理论,是对爱因 斯坦狭义相对论时空观念的新发展;形成了统一场理论。香港《大公报》以《物理学的第三次革命》为题发表了对 作者张辉的专访。《人民日报》、《科技时报》、《光明日报》、《经济日报》、新华社《每日电讯》、香港《文 汇报》、香港《商报》等新闻媒体都作了报道。

这一科学成就的出现将极大地增强我国的科技实力，这是我们中国自己的科技成果，我们中国人自己的，将极大地 激发我们的民族的自豪感、自信心和凝聚力，这是我们国家和民族的骄傲。壮我中华国威，长我中国 人志气。

这位名叫张辉的物理学研究者，是以他的名为《自然原理》的物理学专著实现这一切的。

《自然原理》这本物理学专著，1996年由吉林大学出版社出版,1997年由吉林省科委按照《国家科技成果 管理条例》进行了科技成果鉴定，该书通过了科技成果鉴定。

《自然原理》所建立的理论，是把爱因斯坦的时空观念加引深，提出了新的时间空间概念，并在爱因斯坦狭义相对 论的基础上，揭示了这个新时空概念同物质质量之间的定量联系，从而发展了爱因斯坦的狭义相对论理论，取得了 关于时空观念的新理论，揭示的没有被前人发现的新的自然规律。

利用这个新理论，张辉在理论上推导出了量子力学的基本方程，从而实现了把相对论理论同量子力学的统一，这是 爱因斯坦想要完成的、但是没有完成的工作。利用这个新理论，张辉还推导出了万有引力定律、库仑定律、强相互 作用定律，正像著名美籍华裔物理学家、诺贝尔物理学奖获得者李政道所指出的：统一场理论就是用一个数学公式 推导出自然界的所有的自然作用力的定律，张辉实现了这一理想，完成了“统一场”理论的建立，实现了自爱因斯 坦以来所有物理学家的宿愿，实现了人类的伟大理想。

《自然原理》揭示了万有引力、强相互作用的产生作用机制等等的千古之谜，为微观粒子物理的研究提出了新的理 论工具，这个重大突破，必将导致人工受控核聚应用研究的突破，而人们一旦实现了这个突破，就将彻底解决人类 的能源问题。

所有这些都是自爱因斯坦以来的所有的物理学家所要追求的目标。可以毫不夸张地说《自然原理》完成物理学上前 人所没有完成的几乎所有重大理论的工作，开创了物理学的新纪元，是划时代的科学进步，是一个新的伟大的科学 巅峰。

《自然原理》得到了包括中国科学院著名院士在内的中外科学家的一致赞同和高度评价。这本书目前已经在日本出 版了日文版。

我们个人要幸福，我们就必须要我们的国家强大，我们就必须要爱护我们的国家、我们民族的每一个成就，当然包 括科学成就。《自然原理》是伟大的著作，但是目前这本书和作者的处境非常困难，没有能力让大家都看到这本书 、没有能力将这个科学成就服务于我们的国家。因此，我们在这里大声呼吁：大家都来关注《自然原理》和它的作 者张辉。

《自然原理》的发行由于资金的问题遇到了困难，作者张辉没有能力完成。我们呼吁社会各界（个人、团体）给予 资金资助，支持和帮助这本书在世界各国出版发行。让人们都知道物理学已经发生了革命，让这个伟大科学成就尽 快地服务于我们的生活，让世界都知道我们中国也有这样的科学成就、也有爱因斯坦。
