Request Sanskrit Devanagari for another Ganesha mantra
I saw another Ganesha mantra request on this forum; this request is for another different mantra, for which I cannot find Devanagari. I would be greatly indebted to anyone who could provide devanagari (not roman) characters for this well-known mantra:
Aum gan ganapataye namah Om parvati pataye Hara hara hara mahadev Gajananam buta Ganadi sevatam Kapitha jambu Phalacharu bhakshanam Umasutam shoka Vinasha karakam Namami vigneshvara Pada pankajam --- Shukriyaa! Jeffrey |

May I also ask for proper devanagari of the following words which are also used in the mantra:
Aum tat karataya vidmahe hasti mukhaya dhimahi tanno dantih prachodayat  |
