Default Ganesha Mantra Sanskrit Translation

Hi!!

Can anybody help me to translate these mantra please?

Vakratunda Mahakaya Surya Koti Samaprabha
Nirvighnam Kurumedeva Sarvakaryeshu Sarvada

("O Lord Ganesha of Large Body, Curved Trunk, With the Brilliance of a Million Suns, Please Make all my Work Free of Obstacles, Always")

Is the translation in english correct?.

I found these Sanskrit translation online and there's some differences between this one and the one you gave me, why?.

Both mean the same. Both are technically & gramatically correct.
The differences that you see are because of the different ways of writing.

I'm sorry to bother you again... I found a beautiful Ganesha's picture and I wanted to write these mantra on the bottom BUT I can't paste the translation you gave me to Word.
What can I do?, is there a program to make Word able to read sanskrit?

This is a font problem. You need to install devanagari fonts which are used to write devanagari script. You may search for them on google. Make sure they are of ttf - true type fonts variety.
